At Sleepy Tie®, we want you to love your hair results; however, due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Prepare Your Package
Ensure the Sleepy Tie® is in its original, unopened silk packaging and securely place it in a shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Ship It Back
Affix your provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
